		<description>Often I put the slices on pieces of paper towel first to remove excess moisture...then i put them on a cookie sheet on top of a heater...And i think it would work in a convection oven on a low temperature (90-100 degrees) that is the temperature I use in the dehydrator. After all, we can get sun dried fruit!</description>
