Great article on Sunnyside, but credibility is strained by the omission of Stump Sound oysters. It says they buy from various states and some are almost local, but to skip Stump Sound – behind Topsail Island just two-plus hours south – tells me Sunnyside is not as astute as you would have us believe. Stump oysters are renowned and I would challenge Sunnyside to a blind taste test against their oysters from anywhere else. The Stump Sound product not only is best, it beats others – even the supposedly great Gulf Coast singles – by a wide margin.
